• You pay a constant monthly installment as well as a final installment, which is usually 5% of the value of the goods
• At the end of the contract term, you terminate the leasing contract and pay the agreed final installment and the device becomes your property or we take the device back and pay the final installment for you or we replace the device with a new one on request on the basis of a follow-up contract
• The monthly leasing costs are fully deductible as operating expenses
• The devices do not have to be capitalized in the balance sheet and therefore do not have to be depreciated
